The room was comfortable and the decoration was nice. the breakfast provided had a variety of food options to choose from. the location was great as it was close to the beach and local markets. they provided beach chairs and shades, which was helpful.

The pool was dirty, and there were no signs indicating this. the New Year's dinner lacked quality and the background music was too low to enjoy the celebration.

The food and location here were great; we recommend it to everyone - the neighborhood it's located in is definitely worth visiting!

next to forte supermercados and other sights in florianopolis. the beach was close to the hotel we stayed at. 19 miles away from hercilio luz airport. venue had a pool.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and right across the supermarket which makes it easy to stock up on supplies. the rooms are large and clean, with well-equipped kitchens. the swimming pool area is great and the parking is plentiful.

The staff is not very helpful and sometimes the service is slow.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the fantastic pool area with perfect water temperature, the convenient location right across the supermarket and close to the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen in our apartment. We also enjoyed the free parking and the delicious breakfast served in our apartment. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had a good location near restaurants and stores. The room had free breakfast which was convenient for my business trip, and the Wi-Fi had a good signal which was essential for my work. However, that was the only thing that worked well during my stay.

The room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom and stained sheets. The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive, ignoring my requests multiple times.
